Refund and Return Policy
Refunds
If you can't attend a class, Charcoal & Linen offers refunds in-person exclusively. Refunds for classes are not offered online.
Returns and Refunds for In-Store Items
Art supplies are not eligible for refund or return if they have been opened or damaged. Unopened art supplies have a 7-day window where they can be returned and refunded.
All artwork purchased in the gallery is final. If a piece is damaged, you can contact the artist
about repair. Charcoal & Linen cannot accept returns or give refunds.
