Refund and Return Policy
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations requested within a timeframe of 24 hours before a class is scheduled to begin is nonrefundable.
In the the event of an emergency, it may be possible to transfer your registration to another class. This specific policy is up to our discretion in regards to classes available.
If Charcoal & Linen have to cancel a class, customers who paid to attend will receive a full refund or be offered the choice of transferring to another available class.
Returns and Refunds for In-Store Items
Art supplies are not eligible for refund or return if they have been opened or damaged. Unopened art supplies have a 7-day window where they can be returned and refunded.
All artwork purchased in the gallery is final. If a piece is damaged, you can contact the artist
about repair. Charcoal & Linen cannot accept returns or give refunds.
